Refund & returns policy.

How refunds and returns work for research peptides shipped under cold chain. Last updated 4 June 2026.

01 · General policy

Research peptides are sold strictly for laboratory research; cold-chain integrity matters. Returns are NOT accepted once the order ships, except in the two narrow situations below.

02 · Defective on arrival

Visible vial damage, missing items, or wrong product shipped: contact refund@peptidesth.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel, the vials, and the courier label. We will reship at no cost.

03 · Cold-chain failure

Parcel arrives warm, or courier delay is confirmed by tracking: contact refund@peptidesth.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will reship at our expense.

04 · Refund mechanics by payment method

  • Crypto orders — refunded in the same currency at the rate captured at order time, minus network fees.
  • Wise transfers — refunds returned to the same Wise source within 7-10 business days of approval.
  • PromptPay — refunds returned to the same Thai bank source within 7-10 business days of approval.

05 · Disputes and governing law

Governing law is Thailand. Consumer protection escalation is available via the Thailand Consumer Protection Board if your dispute is unresolved within 30 days of contacting us.

06 · What is NOT eligible

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
  • Incorrect ordering (wrong compound, wrong dose, wrong quantity).
  • Material that has left our chain of custody.
  • Custom-synthesis orders once production has begun.
  • Orders rejected by destination customs due to buyer misrepresentation of intended use.
