01 · Who we are

Thailand Peptides is a Bangkok-based supplier of research-grade peptides and related research compounds. By using this website or placing an order with us via WhatsApp, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or order from us.

02 · Research use only

All compounds sold by Thailand Peptides are sold strictly for research and laboratory use. They are not approved by the Thai FDA or any other regulatory body for human or animal consumption. They are not medicines. They are not nutritional supplements. They are not therapeutic agents.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are acquiring the material for legitimate research, analytical, or professional purposes only. Misuse, including self-administration or administration to others, is your responsibility alone. See also our research-use disclaimer.

03 · Eligibility

You must be eighteen years of age or older, and you must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. You must be acting in a research, analytical, clinical, or professional capacity. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.

04 · Pricing and availability

Pricing is quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on request via WhatsApp and is subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for forty-eight hours unless otherwise stated. Stock availability is confirmed at the point of order. We are not liable for compound prices listed by third parties or shown in cached search results.

05 · Orders, payment, and confirmation

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received and verified. We accept two payment methods at checkout: card via Stripe for instant card-network settlement (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and cryptocurrency stablecoin (USDT or USDC via NOWPayments hosted invoice, with a 10% discount applied at checkout) for buyers preferring on-chain settlement. Card details are processed entirely by Stripe under their PCI-DSS scope — they never reach this site.

An order is binding once payment has been initiated. Verification typically completes within minutes for both card and crypto payments. Orders verified before 14:00 Bangkok time ship the same working day; later orders ship the next working day.

05a · Order finality

All orders are final once payment is initiated. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once you have started a transfer, scanned a payment QR, or generated a crypto invoice. This applies regardless of payment method.

The narrow exceptions are covered in §07 (Returns and refunds): cold-chain failure in transit and arrival outside specified temperature range, evidenced within 24 hours of delivery. Buyer's-remorse cancellations, change of mind, incorrect ordering, and "I clicked the wrong button" are not eligible for refund.

06 · Shipping

Domestic Thai orders ship via insured cold-chain courier from Bangkok. Regional Southeast Asia orders ship via cold-chain international courier where the destination country permits research-use imports. Customs declarations are made truthfully.

You are responsible for ensuring that the import of research peptides is lawful in your delivery jurisdiction. We will not ship to destinations where the import is prohibited. We do not refund orders rejected by destination customs as a result of the buyer’s misrepresentation.

07 · Returns and refunds

Cold-chain integrity is our responsibility from dispatch to delivery. If a vial arrives outside its specified temperature range, photograph the courier’s temperature label or the vial itself within twenty-four hours of receipt and contact us. We will replace or refund.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, for incorrect ordering by the buyer, or for material that has left our chain of custody. Custom-synthesis orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

08 · Intellectual property

All site content — the catalogue, the compound pages, the journal articles, the calculator, the design system — is the property of Thailand Peptides. You may quote short passages with attribution for non-commercial research purposes. You may not republish, scrape, or use our content to train commercial models without prior written consent.

09 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any order, content, or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific compound at issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

We make no warranty that any compound is suitable for any particular research purpose, will produce any particular result, or is approved for any human or veterinary application. Mechanism, dose ranges, and references published on our compound pages are summaries of the primary literature and are provided for informational research purposes only. They are not medical advice.

10 · Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Thailand Peptides and its representatives harmless against any claim arising from your use, handling, redistribution, or administration of any compound supplied by us, including any claim that arises from misuse, mislabelling by you, or unlawful import into your jurisdiction.

11 · Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will be referred first to good-faith negotiation; failing that, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

11a · Dispute resolution — class-action and jury-trial waiver

Class-Action and Jury-Trial Waiver. To the maximum extent permitted by Thailand and applicable foreign law, you and TH Labs agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration, and waive any right to a jury trial where applicable. This waiver does not apply where it is prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.

12 · Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
